The Burda Community Network (BCN) is the multichannel marketer of Hubert Burda Media and other clients, such as the KLAMBT media group.
The BCN stands for content-based 360-degree solutions as well as digital-only, print, cross-media and live solutions. The spectrum ranges from print (special) advertising formats to native and programmatic advertising as well as event sponsoring.
We handle a marketing portfolio of around 250 national titles and media brands thanks to various partnerships in the German-speaking media landscape. It translates into a net reach of more than 59 million readers and users, which means we reach more than 85 per cent of the population (over 14 years of age) in Germany (best for planning III/2020).
We reach 32.5 million readers via our comprehensive range of magazines (including the portfolio of BurdaVerlag and the KLAMBT media group, and Playboy), making us the No. 1 marketer of print media in Germany. We achieve a 16.5 per cent share of the national mass-circulation print advertising market and a total turnover of €534 million with our national marketing portfolio (source: Nielsen Media Research, 2020).
In addition, we offer a high-profile digital portfolio with the Burda platforms such as bunte.de, focus.de and netdoktor.de, as well as KLAMBT digital, gofeminin.de and onvista, with which we reach 45.24 million unique users (source: daily digital facts; sample: E16+; aver. month (Jan–Feb 2021); sample: media combination BCN, BFA & KLAMBT).
